Are you on the go? To schedule an inspection, please submit your inspection request via the CSS portal or by calling our 24-hour inspection request line at (972) 450-2885. Be sure to have available: the last 5 digits of the permit number, street address (including the suite number if applicable), type of inspection, and your contact information.

Any inspection requests submitted prior to 7:00 am using the CSS portal will be made the same day! Inspections requested via the 24-hour inspection request line prior to 3:00 pm will be performed the following business day.
