Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is a legally adopted visionary document designed to direct future development and redevelopment in Addison by establishing policy goals for land use, housing, transportation, economic development, and community facilities. The Plan serves to guide the day-to-day actions and decision-making of staff and elected officials.

The Advance Addison 2050 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council on February 10, 2026. This page will host the adopted document and related resources, including the Implementation Dashboard.
