Addison has a long history of progressive land use planning which has resulted in many high quality developments, most notably Addison Circle and Vitruvian Park. This tradition continues with the recent adoption of the Comprehensive Plan and through more detailed special area studies. With these plans, the community communicates a clear vision for the type of development desired for Addison's future.

Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is a visionary statement designed to direct future development and redevelopment in Addison by establishing policy goals for land use, transportation and community facilities.
